We were delighted to receive a visit from the Mayor of Sheffield, Cllr Tony Dowling today. He came to find out about the way we help develop our children and see for himself the lovely facilities we have at Ellesmere Children's Centre and Emosi.

After meeting and singing with the children and touring the Centre, we chatted with him over coffee and sandwiches, when he had this to say:

"I am very impressed with what has been done here at Ellesmere Children’s Centre and Emosi, it's a fantastic facility where the children are clearly very happy. The new Emosi Centre for play therapy is wonderful and really needs to be supported and used for professional and community purposes."

The Mayor was presented with a bunch of flowers for the Lady Mayoress who could not attend, by Sahib Hussain, who is seen being a bit shy in the photo.
